Raceway Ralph was a merchant at Eastbrook Raceway during Dragonhollow's Fourth and Seventh eras.

He manned a booth inside the race track's clubhouse and sold race-related items. Ralph was also the only source of horse spawn eggs in Dragonhollow, permitting aspiring riders to take their chances and try a horse randomized by the invisible hand of Eris.
