Terminus Station, an automatic redstone-powered railway station for the Hammerlands Railway's North Line

As one of the planet's most talented redstone engineers and a dedicated problem-solver, Dap sought to use his experience to improve the lives of those in the community—and potentially make money in the process. He founded Dapton Solutions on 7E:73 and their headquarters were based out of his plains cottage in the Hammerlands.

It bore the name of Dap's Fifth Era town Dapton.

The company specialized in offering compact and elegant redstone mechanisms for any purpose, including prepackaged designs and more complex adaptations built specifically for unique scenarios.

Dapton Solutions' first project was Terminus Station, a safe stop at the end of the Hammerlands Railway's North Line. Residents had long been plagued by the line's end, which would suddenly disembark passengers into a forest downright deadly at night. Dap designed an aesthetically pleasing train station that would automatically open to accommodate incoming passengers and then close behind them, protecting them from the dangerous environment. There was particular praise for the redstone circuit's compact size.

The corporation was later responsible for perfecting a slime airship capable of vertical flight hundreds of meters in the air and the McNuggenator, an efficient poultry farm that rapidly produced slow-roasted chicken. On 7E:96, Dap broke ground on the new world headquarters for Dapton Solutions, the diorite skyscraper Lunas Tirith. The building served as a demonstration of their cutting-edge expertise, filled with demonstrations of their skill such as a slime-block elevator that could be called to and from any floor, hidden compartments, and a device that would play a tune depending on the time of day.

Business was slow due to complications arising from the Eriids meteor shower, which limited the ability of residents to reach Dragonhollow and led to widespread communications disruptions, and further declined with the news that Nyx—the prophesied Eternal Night—was only weeks away.

The company consulted with Retro and Tox to devise a method of replicating certain ensorcelling techniques Eris had previously used in the stables of Eastbrook Raceway when they brought the horse track to the Hammerlands in preparation for the Third Eastbrook Races.

Dapton Solutions Halfast Elevator

After a several year hiatus, Dap reincorporated Dapton Solutions in the Eighth Era on the planet Halfast. The enterprise was officially headquartered at Dapton Solutions Branch Office N.01 in Greywatch Hold for tax purposes, but they conducted research and development at their Sandbox proving ground in the deep desert. Greywatch, Panda, and Sharkberries all expressed interest in doing business with company. Their first contract was the installation of an elevator inside Camillia Castle. Dapton Solutions later offered the compact Brew-O-Matic potion system for the autobrewing needs of any Halfast resident.
